Understanding the changes from existing ways of working to new, identifying areas of the business where the change will impact and to what level.
Preparing the education & training material to roll-out to the business
Developing an effective training programme (who, what, when)
Ensure training plans are comprehensive, co-ordinated as a whole and delivered with minimal impact to the ongoing operation.
Giving consideration to individual training needs and styles within the team through consultation with the project team, line managers and end users.
Identifying the data needed for the new solution and the source of that data
Identifying any gaps that might exist
Provide business knowledge to identify the upstream / downstream implications
Ensure that data is loaded in to the solution & that failures are reported, investigated & corrected
Supporting project and solution team to investigate why data load failures have occurred
