Job Description

A high achieving secondary school in Lichfield with a fantastic reputation is looking for an exceptional, self motivated Maths teacher to work with KS3 & KS4 pupils on a full time basis. There are some A Level classes, if the teacher is interested in doing this.

As a Maths teacher you will:

• Teach Maths to KS3 & KS4 level. Some knowledge of A-level will be beneficial

• Assess, mark and plan lessons

• Assess achievements of pupils

• Provide progress reports and attend parents evenings

• Get involved in pastoral areas of school, such as form tutor, extra curricular activities etc

The ideal Teacher will have the following skills & experience

• Qualified teacher Status

• Experience working with children

• Dedication to their job

• A passion for teaching

• Commitment

• An ability to go above and beyond the call of duty
